Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

Certain products and offers on our store may be available as subscriptions, pre orders, or try before you buy purchases. This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and charges apply to each option.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.
Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically for each billing cycle unless you cancel the subscription before the next scheduled charge.
Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their stated term unless canceled in advance.
Managing or Canceling a Subscription
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing date by using the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at support@trycure.shop.
Changes or cancellations made after a billing charge has been processed will apply to future billing cycles only.
Refunds for subscription orders are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Failed or Disputed Subscription Payments
If a subscription payment fails or is disputed, access to future subscription shipments may be paused until the issue is resolved.
We reserve the right to submit billing history, subscription confirmation records, and customer communications to payment processors in response to disputes.
Pre Orders
When you purchase a pre order, you are placing an order for an item that is not yet available for immediate shipment.
We may collect full payment, partial payment, or authorize your payment method at checkout. If partial payment is collected, the remaining balance will be charged when the item is ready to ship.
Estimated shipping dates for pre orders are provided as estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics factors.
Pre Order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre order at any time before it has been fulfilled for a full refund of any amount paid.
Once a pre order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but may be eligible for return or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you place a try before you buy order, we authorize your payment method prior to shipping but do not charge you immediately.
You will have a specified evaluation period to decide whether to keep the item. This period is clearly communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation.
If the item is not returned within the evaluation period, your payment method will be charged automatically for the full purchase amount.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition to avoid being charged.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting our support team, or after fulfillment or billing has occurred in accordance with this policy, we reserve the right to submit order records, subscription logs, authorization confirmations, and customer communications to payment processors and financial institutions.
