Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide and provide tracked shipping for all orders.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed.

Processing time refers to order preparation and fulfillment and does not include shipping transit time.

During high demand periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

If your tracking number does not show updates immediately, this does not indicate that your order has been lost.

Shipping Confirmation and Delivery Responsibility

An order is considered delivered once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers must contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation so we can assist with an investigation.


Unexpected Delays

Chargebacks and Delivery Disputes

Filing a chargeback while an order is in transit or before the estimated delivery timeframe has passed may delay resolution through your payment provider.

We reserve the right to submit shipping confirmation, tracking records, carrier delivery scans, and customer communications as evidence in response to payment disputes.
